How To Use Tiger Tail Big One Massage Tool?

1. The Big One was designed to be used on the floor, but use may use it on a bed or a couch. Position the muscle that you want to massage on top of the Big One and start rolling.
2. Relaxing user muscles during this process will help you massage the “belly” of the muscle.
3. Use are the judge of how much pressure to apply. Strive for a “good hurt”- from 5-7 on a scale of 1-10. If lying on top of the foam roller on the floor is too painful for use, try to put the foam roller on a bed or couch. “Grimacing” with pressure can be described as that “hurts so good” feeling.
