Note: The red workout band set offers a higher level of resistance than the black workout band set

Instructions:
- If using the fastener, attach one red or black workout band to a D-ring on the assembly bar
- Attach the second red or black band to the opposite D-ring on the assembly bar
- If using the workout BMP workout handles, attach a red or black workout band to the D-Ring on a BMP workout handle
- Repeat with opposite side and additional BMP workout handle.
- Slip your feet through the nylon loops
- The resistance stick is now ready to use
- To adjust the length and resistance of the bands, simply roll the bar forward in your fingers to the proper adjustment
