What is its purpose? Does it ease elimination?

Its purpose is to proper toilet posture which fully relaxes the muscle, allowing the colon to empty quickly and completely.

Natural squat position improves our ability to eliminate. Better elimination may decrease many modern day ailments including bloating, straining, hemorrhoids and constipation.

Bought 1 over a year ago. Got taller one. In our 70's and not sure if it's too tall. Knees don't bend enough. Great idea. Do we need to cut it off?
