I replied to cancel an order when notified that the item I needed had been discontinued by the manuafacturer. since that email reply, I've had two or three phone calls from the company and several emails wanting to know if I'd like to order something else or have my money refunded. I've asked for a refund, but when trying to contact via their CONTACT US link on the website, via their customer service, order support, and sales link -- I keep getting server error reports.
