• Slide on over toes and foot, making sure larger toe sleeve is around big toe, and smaller toe sleeve is around little toe
• position gel pad under forefoot, adjusting to cover ball-of-foot and both bunion joints
• To wear on opposite foot, turn sleeve inside out and follow previous instructions
