• Recommended Dilution:
• - The recommended dilution is 1 pouch (12.5 g powder) mixed with 5 - 6fl oz (150 - 180 mL) of water or flavored (protein-free) beverage. Pour the required amount of liquid into a shaker or container with a tight fitting lid. Add the prescribed amount of powder, replace lid, and shake until fully blended. Dilution may be adjusted to taste
• Storage
• - Once prepared, the product can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Shake prior to use. Store unopened pouches at room temperature. Once opened, use entire contents of pouch should be used immediately
• Precautions
• - Must be used under medical supervision. Not for parenteral use. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Only suitable for individuals over 1 year of age with proven phenylketonuria (PKU). Not suitable for individuals with a dairy or milk allergy.
