Medline Tenderwet Active Pre-Wet Round Dressing is ideal for shallow wounds with necrotic tissue. The high fluid retention helps create an ideal moist healing environment to help promote autolytic debridement of necrotic tissue. This dressing will not stick to wound bed, which helps ease the pain of dressing changes. It has a hydrophobic back to help provide a protective barrier for the wound.

Solution is released as exudate is absorbed, providing an autolytic debriding process
