The product is fine, exactly what I expected and needed. But the order handling was shoddy. I paid for expedited delivery and it took a full week for the product to ship. I had to contact the company three times and was told that the shipping department was behind in posting information regarding orders. Not a pleasant experience.

This Hydrofera treatment is the best and most effective I have ever used on my wound. I have dealt with this wound off and on for 52 years now, and have tried many different type protocols, but this one is by far the most effective and very easy to use.
