    - Begin below the tummy at the lowest hanging part (maybe a few inches out from pelvic bone).
    - Circle the tape around and up to the top of the hip and around the middle of the lumbar curve in your back.
    - Continue around over the other hip and back to the beginning.
    - Pant size should be measured before pregnancy
