  • The minimum interval is every month, although shorter intervals may be required

Cleaning Instructions:

  • Simply rinse with fresh water

Yes, this treadmill is manual as it has an added comfortable seat for cycling. A person can increase caloric expenditures by increasing speed, adding ankle fins and while walking or running by extending the stride.
