Guldmann Stepless Excellent Doorstep Ramp kit is used to negotiate doorsteps both indoors and outdoors. They are used in places where there is an existing doorstep by placing the ramp in front of the doorstep compensates for height differences. The doorstep ramp is sold in kit which makes it easy to handle and install them. The two upper layers are loose for accurate adjustment in height.

Excellent doorstep ramps are made of PELD or PEHD. PELD and PEHD are both polyethylene consisting exclusively of carbon and hydrogen. The ramps contain no softeners, such as phthalates or similar compounds. Due to the fact that our products are injection-moulded (a melting process under pressure), they contain no solvents that can be released to the surroundings as VOCs (volatile organic compounds). As the polyethylene only consists of carbon and hydrogen they only turn into carbon dioxide and water when incinerated. Polyethylene does not contain chlorine and will therefore not form or emit hydrochloric acid in the event of fire. The raw materials and colorants used in our Excellent ramps are approved by the health authorities and are completely non-toxic. Apart from being non-toxic, PELD and PEHD can also be regenerated 100% and then recycled for other applications.


1.Guldmann warrants its equipment is free from material defect under normal use, and will perform substantially in accordance with the specifications set forth in documentation provided with the equipment.2.This express warranty shall be in effect for one year from the date of original purchase and installation (the “Warranty Period”). If a valid claim is made during the Warranty Period for malfunction or n equipment defect, Guldmann will repair or replace the equipment at no additional cost to you. Guldmann retains sole discretion as to whether the equipment will be repaired or replaced.3.This warranty shall be null and void if the equipment is operated and maintained in any manner inconsistent with its intended use or the instructions provided with the product. Further, in order for the warranty to remain in effect for the full Warranty Period, all service to the equipment must be provided by a Guldmann designated technician. Any parts or components repaired or replaced by a Guldmann. designated technician will be guaranteed for the remainder of the Warranty Period4.The warranty does not cover any part of the equipment which has been subject to damage or abuse by the user or others. The warranty does not cover any part of the equipment which has been altered or changed in any way by the user or others. Guldmann does not warrant that the lifting device functions will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error free.

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a customer service representative. With your RA# you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only "In-Store Credit" that can be used towards future purchases.
  5. Return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fees.
  6. All custom orders and hygienic items are non-returnable. Refer to the “Non-Returnable Items” section for further details.

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product. Footrests or leg-rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.

How do I receive a return authorization number?

You can submit a return request by logging into your account. You will receive the Return Authorization Number (RA#) details in the email within 2-3 business days.

  • Fill out the return form and Submit it

If you do not have an email address, we will make other accommodations for RA# Details. Write the RA# on your label affixed to your package prior to shipment.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to process the returns. Once the item is received, and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Is there any Restocking Fees?

  1. 20% restocking fees will be applied.
  2. Outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
  3. For orders that qualified for free shipping, $8.99 will be deducted from the refund if the product is returned.
