  • Instructions:
    - Pick up head halter by two metal "D" rings, holding both with one hand, to make head halter hang
    - Place head through the middle with chin resting in chin cup and straps hanging from back of head "straps on outside"
    - Fasten Velcro-type straps onto Chin Piece
    - Adjust for correct size by moving overhead strap up or down at "D" rings
  • Note: Adjust overhead strap as necessary.

How much weight does one begin with and what is there a standard incremental progression

You can start with 8 lbs, which is normally prescribed and then you can go up to 20 lbs. There is no such standard incremental progression.
