Indications of Deroyal XTW Extended Wear Collar Pad Set

Cervical sprains and strains; Cervical spinal stenosis; Cervical disc displacement; Cervical arthritis; Whiplash injury; Cervical spondylosis and spondylolisthesis; Degenerative disc disease; Cervicalgia.

Directions For Use

1. Pre-form collar prior to fitting. To perform the front panel, roll the panel sides inward with both hands
2. To pre-form the back panel, roll the panel into a cylinder
3. To apply patient must be in NEUTRAL ALIGNMENT. Slide the front portion of the collar up the patient’s neck and properly position the chin support.
Note: Before applying the collar, verify that the proper size is selected
4. Center the back portion onto the patient’s neck. With the front portion properly secured, use the bilateral hook and loop straps and fasten the portions together
5. Minor adjustments can be made to the straps and the front and back flex tabs to achieve the desired comfort.

Cleaning Instructions

• The collar features three removable pads that can be cleaned with mild soap and water
• Air dry flat
• Replacement pads are available for use during washings
