Danmar Swirl Head Support Evaluation Kit encourages easy head movement from side to side and is used for minor to moderate head support. Made of soft foam that wraps around the neck and has a velcro adjustment at the back for easy fitting. It is contraindicated for individuals with breathing or swallowing problems, or who use a trach tube.

Contains one swirl support of each size
Properly fitted, the swirl should make contact with the chin and jaw line
If the chin slides inside the collar it is too loose
Insert a finger between the neck and the collar to insure that the collar is not too tight
Covers come in colors pink, blue, and black and foam comes in white and grey

How to measure:
- Measure neck circumference
- From the bottom of ear lobe, measure distance to shoulder, minus thickness of any chest support being used
- With the head in neutral or midline position, measure from the borrom of chin to sterum
