Cascade Professional Fryer Boil Out - Give your deep fryer the same powerful clean you give your dishes with this cleanser, specially formulated for cleaning deep fryers. It contains water softening and cleaning agents (phosphate, sodium carbonate, non-ionic surfactant, chlorine bleach suds control) to give a deep clean. Use one cup (8 oz) per 25 lb of oil capacity of the fryer.
