Respironics Everflo Filters are devised to be used with all EverFlo and EverFlo Q Oxygen Concentrators. They extend the lifespan of the unit. Everflo oxygen concentrator filters are FAA-approved.


Features of Everflo Oxygen Concentrator Filters

Compressor Intake Filter (Inlet Filter):

  • Processes air as it enters the concentrator
  • Comes with a clear case for easy internal filter inspection
  • Should be replaced on an average, every 2 years

Micro-Disk Filter:

  • The internal part and final component of the filtering system
  • Ensures thoroughly filtered oxygen before delivery
  • Replaced as necessary, on average, every 5 years 

How to replace Air Inlet Filter?

To Remove Compressor Intake Filter

  1. Remove the Filter Cover.
  2. Remove the Respironics Everflo air inlet filter.

To Install Respironics Compressor Intake Filter

  1. Fully seat the Air Inlet Filter into the Inlet Boot.
  2. Install the Filter Cover.

How to replace Philips Respironics Everflo Oxygen Concentrator Filter?

To Remove the Respironics Micro-Disk Filter:

  1. Remove the Filter Cover.
  2. Remove the Inlet Filter.
  3. Remove the Rear Cabinet.
  4. Remove the Flow Tubing from the DISS Outlet Fitting and the top connection of the Flow Meter.
  5. Remove the Flow Tubing from the Micro-Disk Filter.
  6. Remove the Pressure Tubing from the Pressure sensor located on the Main PCA (OPI Units Only).
  7. Remove the other end of the Pressure Tubing from the bottom connection of the Flow Meter and from the Pressure Regulator (OPI Units Only).

To Install the Everflo Micro-Disk Filter:

  1. Connect the Pressure Tubing to the Pressure Sensor located on the Main PCA (OPI Units Only).
  2. Connect the other ends of the Pressure Tubing to the Pressure Regulator and bottom connection on the Flow Meter.
  3. Connect the Flow Tubing. A short piece should be inserted into the inlet side of the Micro-Disk Filter.
  4. Install the Rear Cabinet.
  5. Install the Inlet Filter.
  6. Install the Filter Cover.
