  - 2 washer internal tooth, 5/16"ID
  - 4 washer 0.25"ID x 1.25"OD
  - 2 nut 1/4-20 nylon lock
• Comfort-Tek fabric is selected for its anti-microbial properties & as an easily cleaned surface
• After drilling mounting holes in footbox, bolt on to chair for permanent placement

More Information

• Instructions for use:
  -Remove center foam/cover piece
  - Place the flexion footbox on the wheelchair footplates in the required position
  - Drill 2 mounting holes through the bottom of the wheelchair footplates and through the bottom of the flexion footbox plate
  - Holes must be big enough for a 1/4"-20 screw
  - Attach the flexion footbox to the foot plate with screw (phillips pan head) depending on the thickness of the foot plate, along with the washer internal tooth, washers, and nut using allen wrench
  - Reattach the center foam/cover piece
  - Remove screw with button head and washer on both sides using allen wrench
  - Adjust the angle of the flexion footbox to the required position then reattach screw with button head and washer to lock the flexion footbox in place
