These wedges are light-weight and provide both positioning support and comfort. The unique construction of outer vinyl mesh, breathable fabric shell and non-absorbent, polystyrene bead fill allows air to flow through the wedge, eliminating the discomfort of conventional foam pillows which build-up heat. They feature a zippered closure, enabling beads to be added or removed for patient accommodation.
