Coating:

• 1. Apply 3-5 coats of Niagara finish using a clean mop. Apply additional coats until desired gloss is obtained. On porous resilient or stone floors, test for adhesion with product. If needed, seal first with 2 coats of Ramsey sealer
• 2. Allow 30-45 minutes of drying time between coats. Temperature, humidity and ventilation may affect drying time. Allow fi nish to cure for 24 hours before burnishing

Burnishing:

• 1. Dust mop or sweep
• 2. Clean the floor with mop or automatic scrubber using Ramsey floor cleaner according to label directions
• 3. Burnish using UHS pad

Recoating:

• 1. Dust mop or sweep
• 2. Clean the floor with a mop or automatic scrubber using Ramsey floor cleaner according to label directions
• 3. Blockade area and apply 2-3 uniform coats of this product using a clean mop
• 4. Allow finish to cure for 24 hours before burnishing
