Choose the cone size appropriate for your problem area. Attach the cones to the belt, then, in a sitting position, line up the belt with your spine, so that the cone tips are pointing into the back on each side of the spine.
Similar to someone applying deep pressure with their thumbs, lean backward into the cones to feel the acupressure at work.
This kit can be used at home, in the car or at the office. Use Acu-Cones for 3-5 mintues up to 3 times per day.
