How to Operate Enabling Devices Penguin Roller Coaster?

Operation:

• Penguin Roller Coaster requires 1 D battery (Not included). Use analkaline battery only (e.g. Duracell or Energizer brand). Do not userechargeable batteries or any other type of batteries because theysupply lower voltage and the unit will not perform properly.
• The battery compartment is located on the side of the unit. Toremove the battery compartment cover, unscrew the small PhillipsHead screw, then pull the cover open. Install a new battery, beingcareful to observe proper (+) & (-) battery polarity. Replace coverand screw.
• Connect the unit to any external capability switch via the 1/8" cordjack, located on the side of the unit. If you need to use a ¼ " to1/8" adapter for your switch, it must be a mono adapter, notstereo.
• Make sure that the connections between the external capabilityswitch and the adapter (if applicable) and the jack on the slide toyare tight. There should be no gap.
• After assembling the track (follow in instructions for assemblylocated on the side of the box cover), load the supplied Penguinsinto the track at the bottom of staircase. Make sure the slide toy ison a level table. Begin play by activating and maintainingactivation of your external capability switch, this will start the slidetoy picking up the Penguins one by one. Once a Penguin reachesthe top of the staircase, it will then begins rolling down the track.
• Once you release your switch the toy will stop. If you would like thetoy to run for a set amount of time, or by activation your switchonce to start and then a second time to stop it use one of ourswitch latch timer modules (e.g.No.605) sold separately. There arealso many of our switches that have a built in Latch/Timerfunction. Any of the switches in our catalog or website with a –Xafter the number has this feature.
