There is a chart that will give you an approximate idea of what your BMI says about your body. If your BMI is less than 18.5, then you are underweight; if it is between 18.5 and 24.9, then you are normal weight; if it is between 25 and 29.9, then you are overweight and if your BMI is 30 or more than it means you are obese.
