Warranty:
5 year limited: For 5 years from date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at its option to original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship: Structural frame components, including platform, fork, seat post, frame welds.
2 year limited: All electronic parts, including controllers and battery chargers, have a 2-year warranty. Servicing to the controller or battery charger must be carried out by authorized Pride Provider. Any attempt to open or dismantle these items renders the guarantee void on that item.
1 year limited: For 1 year from date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at its option to original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship: Drivetrain, including differential, motor and brake.
6 month: Batteries are covered by seperate 6 month warranty, provided by battery manufacturer. Gradual deterioration in performance due to being left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for long periods of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
Reconditioned units warranty: All reconditioned units are covered by 6 month warranty from Pride effective from date of purchase.
Exclusions: Warranty does not extend to items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear: -ABS plastic shrouds, tires and tubes, upholstery and seating; -Circumstances beyond  control of Pride; -Labor, service calls, shipping and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized in advance; -Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of scooter without specific and prior consent from Pride.
Exclusion also include -Components with damage caused by contamination, abuse, misuse, accident or negligence; -Battery fluid spillage or leakage; -Commercial use or use other than normal; -Improper operation, maintenance or storage; -Batteries not properly maintained by recommended charging and storage procedures.
