Enfamil LactoFree LIPIL is the first milk-based, lactose-free infant formula in the U.S. It includes docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (ARA), nutrients also found in breast milk, that promote brain and eye development. Enfamil LactoFree LIPIL is a nutritionally balanced, iron-fortified, milk-based, lactose-free, sucrose-free formula for infants when lactose is a concern, or for diarrhea due to lactose intolerance.
